Lead Software Engineer, 3D Vision

Leading the execution of the core photogrammetry pipeline, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer, 3D Vision will manage the design and deployment of 3D reconstruction systems, mentor engineers, and drive the integration of advanced AI tools while growing into a leadership role.
Key responsibilities

Lead the design, evaluation, and deployment of the production photogrammetry pipeline and its supporting infrastructure
Optimize 3D systems for speed, accuracy, and robustness at production scale while integrating new 3D reconstruction approaches
Mentor engineers and manage direct reports, driving execution of the photogrammetry core roadmap in collaboration with CV leadership

Required qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in 3D Computer Vision or 3D Machine Learning
Deep experience with production photogrammetry or 3D reconstruction systems at scale
Proficiency in at least three areas of the 3D perception toolkit, including feature detection, SfM, and mesh reconstruction
Experience with agentic development and setting technical direction for a team
Strong familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud processing environments
