If these values speak to you, you'll feel right at home here.About the RoleAs our Digital Graphic Designer, you'll create high-impact visual content across SABRE's eCommerce, web, social, and digital marketing channels.This is a digital-first design role focused on product storytelling, conversion-driven creative, and brand consistency. You'll work across product detail pages (PDPs), website content, email campaigns, and social media — while also contributing to photography and video content development.You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Product teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve content performance. Compensation and Work Details $75,000–$80,000 annual salary(based on experience) ? 40 hours per week | Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote ? Chicago, IL (Loop area) office ? Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), wellness initiatives, and mental health supportPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Website DesignDesign product detail page (PDP) content, comparison charts, icons, and feature visualsCreate homepage, landing page, and category graphicsEnsure designs support conversion and are optimized for web performanceMaintain consistency with SABRE's brand standardsSocial & Digital ContentCreate engaging graphics and motion assets for social media and digital campaignsDevelop content for email marketing and promotionsAdapt designs across platforms while maintaining brand consistencyStay current on social and digital design trendsPhotography & Video ContentConceptualize and execute product photography and video contentShowcase product features, use cases, and benefitsEdit and optimize visual assets for multiple channelsManage and organize digital asset librariesCollaboration & Creative StrategyWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Sales teamsTranslate business needs and creative briefs into strong visual solutionsUse performance feedback and data to refine and improve creative contentContribute ideas that elevate the brand and differentiate SABRE in the marketWe're Looking for Someone WithBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar (or equivalent experience)5+ years of digital graphic design experience with a strong portfolioExperience designing for: *Ecommerce (PDPs, product content)*Websites and landing pages*Social media and digital marketing campaignsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)Experience with photography and video content creation/editingStrong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchyAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and brand consistencyNice-to-HaveEcommerce or DTC brand experienceFamiliarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) or performance-based creativeExperience with CMS or ecommerce platformsMotion graphics or animation skillsWhy You'll Love Working Here1??
