You'll spend your time meeting employers, building relationships, uncovering recruitment needs and creating job opportunities that genuinely change lives.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships with local employers

Identifying vacancies and recruitment opportunities

Developing a pipeline of new business opportunities

Matching suitable candidates to employer vacancies

Supporting recruitment campaigns and hiring events

Working towards clear performance targets

A typical day could include

Meeting local businesses to discuss recruitment needs

Following up opportunities in your employer pipeline

Working with colleagues to identify suitable candidates

Celebrating a participant starting a new job
