What We are looking for
As a Social Media Specialist at Novibet, you will play a key role in driving and managing our brand’s presence across all social media platforms, ensuring that our online community remains highly engaged through dynamic, sports-driven content.

What you will work on

Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.)

Create and execute a comprehensive content calendar

Produce engaging content, including posts, stories, short videos, and real‑time reactive content around sports events and trends

Manage comments, DMs, and mentions to boost engagement and drive a community‑first approach

Moderate the community, handle user feedback, and identify / nurture brand superfans

Identify and evaluate micro‑influencers, primarily within the sports and lifestyle space

Outreach and build relationships with creators, handling briefings, coordination, and follow‑ups

Track deliverables and timelines, evaluating the performance of partnerships (engagement, reach, conversions)

Follow the latest sports news and translate moments into relevant content and campaign ideas

Participate in live activations (e.g., matches, events) to capture authentic, on‑the‑ground content

Monitor KPIs, provide actionable reporting, and continuously test new content formats

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2+ years of proven experience in social media and community management

Solid understanding of the influencer landscape, with a focus on micro‑creators

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and current trends

Strong interest in and solid knowledge of sports and sports culture

Previous experience in sports, betting, gaming, or entertainment is highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English

Familiarity with influencer management tools and platforms will be considered a plus

Basic content creation and video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Canva) are considered an asset

A solid understanding of performance metrics, data tracking, and optimization is highly appreciated
