The ideal candidate is passionate about motion graphics, typography, sound design, social-first storytelling, and cinematic editing—not just filming.You’ll work closely with the creative team to transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content for social campaigns, product launches, event coverage, and brand storytelling.This is an ideal role for a hungry early-career editor looking to grow inside a fast-moving in-house creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Graphics & EditingEdit short-form and long-form video content for social media, web, product marketing, and brand campaignsCreate motion graphics, animated typography, title systems, and visual overlaysDevelop dynamic edits with strong pacing, sound design, transitions, and rhythmBuild platform-native content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, and other digital channelsAssist in developing repeatable motion systems and templates for campaignsPost-Production WorkflowOrganize footage, assets, music, graphics, and project filesColor correct footage and balance audio for polished final deliveryExport and version content for multiple formats and platformsCollaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to execute creative direction efficientlyProduction SupportAssist on shoots with camera setup, lighting, audio, and production logisticsCapture supplemental footage, behind-the-scenes content, and social-first clips when neededSupport fast-turn content creation during launches, events, and live activations1–3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creationStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsUnderstanding of typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytellingExperience creating content for social platforms and digital campaignsFamiliarity with Sony camera systems and production workflowsStrong organizational skills and file management disciplineAbility to work quickly while maintaining high creative standardsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to improve creatively and technicallyPreferred SkillsExperience with cinematic color grading and sound designKnowledge of 3D workflows (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plusPhotography or content capture experienceExperience creating content in automotive, outdoor, tactical, action sports, or lifestyle categoriesUnderstanding of internet culture, meme pacing, and social engagement trends without relying on low-quality trend chasingPortfolio RequirementAll candidates must submit a portfolio or demo reel showcasing:Motion graphics workVideo editingTypography animationSocial media contentBrand or campaign executionApplicants without a portfolio/demo reel will not be consideredPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
