Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Kona Ice Waco and Travelin' Tom's Waco are hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help share our story across the community. This role captures exciting event content, promotes our brands, and supports our Krew in the field to keep the fun energy going at every event.
This role combines marketing, social media, community outreach, and event support. You'll visit events, help keep the energy high with our teams, and share the fun happening across our trucks.
This is a full time position that includes nights and weekends.
Responsibilities

Support local marketing and outreach efforts
Visit schools, businesses, and community groups
Help schedule and confirm events
Social Media

Capture photos and short videos at events
Post to Facebook and Tiktok stories and highlights
Showcase team members, customers, and community events
Help promote upcoming events
Event Support

Visit trucks at events and check in with crews
Help coordinate breaks and support the team during busy times
Jump in to serve customers if lines get long
Help keep the energy fun and positive for both crew and customers
Drive Kona Ice trucks to and from events when needed
What We're Looking For:

Energetic and outgoing personality
Organized and reliable
Comfortable talking with customers and supporting a team
Social media familiarity (Instagram/Facebook)
Valid driver's license
Available nights and weekends
Schedule: Full time, includes nights and weekends
