This role is focused on shaping high-quality visual design across brand, digital, and marketing touchpoints within a forward-thinking creative environment. The designer will contribute to the development of scalable brand systems, ensuring consistency and clarity across assets that span web, social media, presentations, and campaign materials. Working closely with strategy, product, and leadership teams, this position blends hands-on design execution with systems thinking, helping translate high-level creative direction into polished, production-ready outputs. The environment is fast-paced yet highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, craft, and creative ownership. Designers in this role are expected to think beyond individual deliverables and contribute to evolving a broader design ecosystem powered by structured creative systems. Accountabilities
This role is responsible for leading the execution of visual design work across multiple formats while contributing to the consistency and scalability of brand systems. It combines hands-on production with a systems-oriented mindset to ensure cohesive and high-impact creative output.
Lead the creation of visual assets across brand, web, social media, decks, and digital campaigns
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
Translate creative direction and strategic input into refined, production-ready designs
Support web and digital design initiatives through wireframes, layouts, and interface design
Create internal and external marketing materials including case studies, presentations, and visual narratives
Ensure consistency, structure, and organization of design assets within established systems
Participate in creative reviews, critiques, and collaborative design sessions
Balance speed and quality to deliver polished outputs aligned with deadlines and expectations
Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in design roles (agency, in-house, or freelance environments)
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, responsive systems, and prototyping
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles
Experience translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and assets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to participate in critiques and creative discussions
Bonus: experience with Webflow, Framer, motion design, or system-based design operations
