Creative Strategy Team Lead

Managing a team of up to 4 Creative Strategists, the full-time remote Creative Strategy Team Lead will deliver innovative creative strategies and testing plans, ensuring high-quality results for client portfolios while overseeing team development and performance management.
Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Creative Strategists to execute research, brand positioning, and creative concepts
Ensure quality control of strategic pitches and brand consistency across creative assets
Analyze performance data to drive tangible results and support team members in client interactions

Required qualifications

Demonstrated experience in creating compelling Creative Strategy and testing plans informed by research and data
Proficiency in performance marketing, including Google/Facebook ads and email campaigns
Experience collaborating with copy and design teams to produce integrated creative assets
Strong storytelling and client presentation skills with a keen eye for design quality
Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative team environment
