Position Summary
Berico is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support brand consistency, lead generation, sales efforts, and customer communication across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all advertising and customer‑facing materials align with Berico branding
- Support sales teams with lead generation and follow‑up efforts
- Plan and coordinate community and business‑development events
- Manage marketing software tools
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, promotions, and creative assets
- Manage company social media platforms
- Plan campaigns to offset slow business periods
- Partner with customer care on communication and sales techniques
- Create outbound phone, text, and email marketing communications
- Assist with phones during peak business times as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing or electrical), oil and gas, or construction
- Experience supporting sales teams and lead‑generation efforts
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience with marketing software tools, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Event planning or community marketing experience preferred
