WVI Dolphin Foundation is seeking a part-time Marketing Campaign Manager and Grant Writer to lead donor outreach and support fundraising through grant development.
Responsibilities Plan and run email outreach campaigns to prospective donors, including pre- and post-campaign follow-up
Organize and maintain data from multiple sources
Prepare clear, detailed reports and present results
Complete online grant applications for qualified funders
Research and identify new grant opportunities
Attend fundraising events (optional)
Work Location Hybrid (approximately 90% remote and 10% in-person for events/meetings).
Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication
Research and data gathering
Ability to organize information from multiple sources
High attention to detail
Customize and tailor outreach based on donor/prospect context
Effective time management
Familiarity with AI
Time Commitment Approximately 15 hours per week
Compensation $30/hour (1099 contractor)
