Overview
This role puts you inside the machine from day one. You'll help plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns alongside senior marketers who collectively manage millions in monthly ad spend. It's a growth‑track position: we expect you to start by supporting campaigns and be running your own verticals within a year. If you're the kind of person who checks CTRs before checking Instagram, you'll do well here.
Responsibilities
Help plan and execute campaigns across email, social, display, and SMS
Pull performance data daily and compile reports that actually inform decisions, not just fill slides
Coordinate creative assets, copy, and landing pages across internal teams and external vendors
Research competitor strategies, new channels, and emerging platform features worth testing
Support A/B testing and help analyze results to figure out what scaled and why
Track campaign budgets and flag when spend is pacing ahead of or behind targets
Keep campaign calendars, briefs, and documentation current and usable
Show up to weekly strategy meetings with ideas, not just updates
What We're Looking For
1‑2 years in marketing, advertising, or a related role (internships count if the work was real)
You understand what CTR, CPA, and ROAS mean and why they matter
Organized enough to manage multiple campaigns without letting details slip
Comfortable in spreadsheets. You don't need to love them, but you can't be afraid of them
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Clear communicator in writing and conversation
Can juggle multiple deadlines without defaulting to panic mode
Nice to Have
Hands‑on time in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience with landing page builders
Genuine interest in performance data and optimization (not just the creative side)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or marketing automation platforms
Experience writing or editing ad copy, email templates, or marketing content
About the Team
The marketing team is the revenue engine. You'll sit next to experienced campaign managers and media buyers who test aggressively, scale winners fast, and kill losers faster. It's collaborative but blunt. Good ideas get launched quickly regardless of who suggested them. Bad ideas get killed just as fast, with no hard feelings.
