Job Summary The Clinical Marketing Specialist, Magnetic Resonance works closely with the Modality Vice President, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Modality Managers, and Clinical Application Specialists. This role supports all clinical activities for product marketing, direct sales support, new product introduction, and product feedback from the U.S. to global headquarters. Successful candidates will demonstrate authenticity and integrity needed to build lasting relationships with our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities Provide and create clinical content for modality product marketing managers to support adoption and integration of key‑product messaging and clinical claims into marketing materials.
Manage the collection of clinical images, by obtaining customer release forms, ensuring appropriate clinical descriptions, and maintaining clinical images databases.
Demonstrate modality capabilities at industry trade shows, in the HQ Customer Center, and during sales calls.
Contribute and advise on clinical aspects of marketing execution for marketing collaterals, presentation content, etc.
Manage the clinical related aspects of national show/reference sites.
Manage the clinical related aspects of the site visit process (Houston Customer Center and national show sites).
Actively participate in all site visits for system demonstration (Houston Customer Center and national show sites).
Actively participate in “hot site” escalation resolution for clinical related topics.
Establish global, best‑practice sharing through peer‑to‑peer clinical marketing operations mechanisms (tcons, webx & webinars).
Contribute to modality Applications Training Summit, master’s Courses, and Global Sales Training Clinical Sessions on an as needed basis.
Participate in customer engagements, focus groups, user groups, advisory boards and other market‑related activities to assist in the collection, definition and validation of clinical market needs and requirements.
Work with NPI (New Product Introduction) teams globally to ensure successful planning and execution of clinical marketing training.
Actively support the U.S. strategic marketing plan.
Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related scientific or clinical discipline; or relevant equivalent work experience.
Experience 8‑10 years of medical imaging clinical experience as an MRI Radiological Technologist.
Experience in training end users is preferred.
Required Skills or Attributes Strong presentation skills and development skills with excellent ability to synthesize and explain complex issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ability to quickly build relationships with internal team and customers.
Ability to travel domestically (40–50%) and occasionally internationally.
Experience in product marketing is preferred.
Creative, flexible, and well‑organized.
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global, and cross‑functional teams.
