MHP is seeking a qualified Communications Associate. The Communications Associate manages logistics of MHP advancement events and provides support for our communications, marketing, and volunteer efforts. Reporting to MHP’s Senior Communications and Volunteer Manager, the Associate is a critical member of the Advancement Team, assisting in our efforts to engage the public in the work of MHP.

Real Estate Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

MHP is seeking a qualified Real Estate Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and manage an active pipeline of real estate deals across the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) region. The Real Estate Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (RE PM/SPM) ensures the long‑term viability of residential developments by managing all aspects of development, including structuring complex financing, hiring and managing consultants, and overseeing projects through renovation or new construction, including budget management.
