A growing industrial automation company in Sherwood is seeking an experienced Production Technician II and III to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced electromechanical and automation systems.
This is a full-time, temp to hire role. This company is a fast-paced automation company. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electromechanical systems, electrical control panels, cable assemblies, and automation equipment according to engineering drawings and schematics.
Perform electrical continuity checks, functional testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Follow blueprints and CAD drawings to build out parts
Required Qualifications

Production Technician II: 2+ years of experience assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment, automation systems, or industrial control panels.
Production Technician III: 4+ years of experience
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Proficiency using common electrical assembly tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
Steel-toe boots required
