We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 360-Degree Photographer to join our team, specializing in capturing high-resolution, immersive panoramic images of products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced photographic techniques such as HDR (High Dynamic Range), bracketing, and the use of specialized equipment like the Nodal Ninja panoramic tripod system. This role requires a strong understanding of 3-point location shooting to ensure precise, distortion-free 360-degree imagery that highlights the intricate details and craftsmanship of aerospace products.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-resolution 360-degree panoramic images of products, including aircraft components, assemblies, and other aerospace equipment.
Utilize HDR and bracketing techniques to capture a wide dynamic range, ensuring images have balanced exposure and rich detail in both shadows and highlights.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as the Nodal Ninja panoramic tripod head to eliminate parallax errors and achieve precise stitching.
Apply 3-point location shooting methods to accurately position the camera and tripod for optimal image alignment and minimal distortion.
Process and stitch multiple images using industry-standard software to create seamless, interactive 360-degree panoramas that showcase product details with exceptional clarity.
Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and marketing to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that meets high standards.
Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring proper file naming, storage, and backup.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in 360-degree photography and virtual imaging to continuously improve image quality and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in 360-degree photography, panoramic imaging, or related fields, preferably with high-resolution product photography.
Strong knowledge of HDR photography and bracketing techniques.
Proficiency in using panoramic tripod heads such as Nodal Ninja or equivalent equipment.
Familiarity with 3-point location shooting to reduce parallax and improve image stitching accuracy.
Expertise in photo editing and stitching software such as Adobe Photoshop, PTGui, Kolor Autopano, or similar.
Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and exposure settings for detailed product photography.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
