We are seeking a highly organized and proactive marketing professional to support the Value, Access & Policy (VAP) Marketing team within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role will support payer and reimbursement marketing operations, project coordination, vendor management, compliance documentation, and cross-functional communication.
Hiring manager is emphasizing Commercial Operations / Marketing Operations experience along with PromoMats, contracts, purchase orders, advisory boards, and speaker bureau support, I would shift away from general Marketing Coordinators and focus more on Commercial Operations, Marketing Operations, and Pharma Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing, pharmaceutical, or marketing operations experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with Veeva Vault, PromoMats, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Box, SAP, or similar tools preferred
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and MLR approval processes is a plus
- Support day-to-day VAP marketing operations and project coordination
- Manage meetings, events, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor communications
- Coordinate Veeva PromoMats submissions and MLR review processes
- Maintain marketing trackers, compliance documents, and field resources
- QC marketing materials, payer updates, and field-facing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Patient Services, Legal/Compliance, and Field teams
