Internet Sales Lead

On the Team Sales & Customer Engagement (approximately 80% of time):Respond to online customer inquiries and providing standard information to support the sales process. Communicate promptly and effectively through approved communication channels, including email, live chat, phone, and 1-800 numbers. Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. Communicate with customers regarding the sales process by providing timely, accurate information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives. Enter, track, and update customer activity and information, including outreach for available homes and inventory. Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic distribution of marketing materials and maintain up-to-date product and community offerings. Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. Work assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
