About the RoleAs the Director, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will collaborate to execute programs that drive business growth and customer advocacy. You will help others to develop and hone their skills to achieve our business goals.ResponsibilitiesLeading client teams to deliver large, complex communication projectsPlanning the development of effective multi‑media communication and change management campaigns that inspire actionStaying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channelsConsulting with select clients at the senior HR levelCreating and nurturing client relationships and becoming a trusted partner. Influential advisor on communication and employee experience issuesAnticipating client needs through the study of industry trends and the business environment. Addressing them with the savvy application of human insight, creative strategy and friendly technologyHelping to build cohesive, high‑impact teams, leveraging colleague skills and talentsExtending and expanding work with existing or new clientsIdentifying and pursuing business development opportunities. Creating proposals and advancing sales initiativesRequirementsHave exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise10+ years of relevant work experience. Possess a higher level of education in a related disciplineAbility to write compelling communication material for a variety of audiences. Excellent organizational and project management skillsHave impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructionsAble to assimilate source materials and input from subject matter expertsPossess software fluency, including the Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
