This schedule runs 12 hours/day 7 days on and 7 days off 7pm to 7am. Including phone calls, e-mails, texts, and any other means to get information from Dispatchers and/or Drivers* Relay information to Account Managers along with documentation of loads* Update ETA's for arrival and departure as updated from the carrier* Make daily Transit calls* Request of POD and Invoice upon delivery of a load* Problem-solving and conflict resolution should the issue arise* Assistance to other Logistics Coordinators and Logistics supervisors as necessaryBe part of something big
