Art Program Leader - Guest Services

Under general supervision, the Art Program Leader will perform customer service duties, process donations and sales, and supervise galleries. The Art Program Leader assists with tours, rentals, and special events at the City of Lancaster's Museum of Art and History, MOAH: CEDAR, Western Hotel Museum, and the Elyze Clifford Interpretive Center. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Example of Duties & Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:Greet guests and provide information regarding exhibits, activities, and events taking place at any one of the museum's locations. Answer incoming calls; take messages, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel. Direct visitors appropriately. Provide courteous and accurate information in-person and via phone and email. Process donations and conduct sale transactions, ensuring proper use of cash handling procedures.
