Creative Coordinator

This role exists to support and bring alignment to the Creative Arts team (Worship, Production and Communications) through communication, coordination, and execution.Skills and Qualifications Deeply committed follower of JesusAffirms Engedi's core beliefs, mission, and practices by word and exampleAbility to carry out the vision of the ministryTeam player – humble, servant hearted, willing to champion and support the ministry as a whole, supportive of other Engedi ministriesTakes initiative and is proactiveIs a partner of Engedi or is willing to become one upon joining staffTithesIs in a CABLE (small) group or is willing to become a part of one upon joining staffProficient in using softwares for spreadsheetsAbility to learn and use Planning CenterEssential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as primary coordinator for large scale church events and gatherings, (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, conferences, Awaken Nights, etc.) including the management of calendars, deadlines, volunteers and project trackingCoordinate and implement all Sunday Host support elements for weekend gatherings (host documents, scheduling, run through meetings etc.)Assist with scheduling and communication for Sunday teams (breakfast team, hosts)Assist the Creative Pastor with planning and execution of team initiatives (Creative Team Nights, 12 week year goals, etc.)Onboard and manage new volunteers into CCB and Planning Center (auditions, scheduling, ect)Support and coordinate volunteer focused events (Team Nights, Worship Nights, Team Hangs, songwriting retreat)Maintain organization of supplies, equipment, and digital resourcesHelp support initiatives and coordinate events for Engedi MusicTrack analytics and metrics for the Creative Team along with managing budgets for large scale eventsOther administrative duties as neededOther Responsibilities Participate in monthly staff meetings (2 nd Monday of the month)Participate in staff prayer meetings (every Monday)Participate in Worship NightsAttend staff retreats (twice annually, one of which is overnight)Other Details 45 hrs including vacation and personal days, cell phone reimbursement, subsidized onsite daycare at Holland Campus, and matching 403b contributionsPrimary Coach: Creative Pastor, while working closely with the Communications Director and Production Pastor#J-18808-Ljbffr
