Art & Media Manager

Partner with the Art & Media Project Manager to coordinate and prioritize departmental work, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and aligned with each show's and film's production timelines and needs. Shepherd the professional development of the Art & Media team by supporting career growth, mentoring team members, and helping individuals strengthen their skills and areas of expertise. Foster a healthy and collaborative team culture that reflects Sight & Sound's values of Character, Commitment, and Competence. Monitor departmental workload and team capacity, helping ensure that the right people are aligned with the right projects while maintaining sustainable productivity.
