Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as generation of sales opportunities through targeted market development within the assigned sales territorySystematic support and consulting of the existing customer baseIndependent execution of complex projects from initial contact through to contract conclusionContinuous market monitoring and preparation of demand and order forecastsCooperation and knowledge transfer with the manufacturing plants as well as with the internal sales teamRepresentation of the company at trade fairs and in-house exhibitionsYour Profile Successfully completed technical vocational training with qualification as a technician, or a comparable technical degreeProven sales experience in the machine tool industry, including knowledge of the Norwegian marketComprehensive and up-to-date technical expertise in turning, milling, and automation technologiesCommunicative personality who actively seeks customer contact and confidently represents the companyConvincing presence and strong negotiation skillsSolution-oriented and customer-focused mindset and approach, with openness in dealings with customers and business partnersConfident handling of MS Office applications and solid language skills in Norwegian & EnglishPreferably residence within the area of Oslo or willingness to relocateWillingness to travel within the regional sales territoryDMG MORI supports equal opportunities.
