The Company is currently seeking to fill two Public Board Directors positions, with a focus on ensuring a diverse and complimentary mix of skills and perspectives among its Board members.The ideal candidates for the Public Board Director positions at the company will possess specialized skills and attributes in areas such as credentialing/assessment, human resources and/or health human workforce planning, experience with internationally educated professionals (with a preference for nurses), citizenship and immigration, and a background as an experienced educator in the health care sector. All candidates must have previous governance experience, and knowledge of the Canadian health landscape is highly valued.
