Front End Developer

US Renal has developed an in‑house EMR and Revenue Cycle Management application with various modules that interact with different entities within and outside the organization.We are looking for a React JS Developer responsible for building and enhancing our in‑house applications using React JS, including anything from back‑end services to their front‑End interfaces. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop various modules, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the applications. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem‑solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modulesDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React JS, .net, C# and VC++ code.Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsDevelop new tools/modules which improve productivity of Clinicians thus improving quality of patient careEnhance various analytics software components enabling better revenue collectionStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them in providing efficient operational software solutionsEnhance our current iOS and Android applications, used by our field personnel and physicians, to include new functionalities improving patient careData Modeling to ensure solutions cover various Business and Operation scenariosActively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.RequirementsQualifications/Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Requirements include:Experience with React JS, API with a good understanding of its ecosystems.Familiarity with the .NET frameworkExposure to WPF, MVC or Angular would‑be a plusStrong understanding of object‑oriented programmingSkill for writing reusable librariesFamiliarity with JWT token and any web security knowledge.Familiar with various design and architectural patterns (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL server or MySQLKnack for writing clean, readable codeUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationCreating database schemas that represent and support business processesImplementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient understanding of code versioning tools (CVS, VSS or TFS)Proficient to build Jenkins pipeline.EMR and Claims Knowledge a plus but not mandatoryShould be analytical and have good problem solving skillsBenefitsFull Time employees are eligible for the following benefits:Medical / PharmacyDentalVisionVoluntary benefits401k with employer matchVirtual CareLife InsurancePTOPart Time employees are eligible for the following benefits:401k with employer matchPTOPosition TypeFull TimePay TypePlano#J-18808-Ljbffr
