Mimecast Extraction Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Migration SME with

8–10 years of experience

to lead a massive email archive extraction project!

Key Roles

Leading the end-to-end technical migration of legacy email archives from Mimecast into Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.

Extracting high-volume data using Mimecast APIs, native eDiscovery, and enterprise 3rd‑party migration tools (e.g., Transvault, Nuix).

Writing scripts (PowerShell/Python) to automate batching and manage API rate limits.

Architecting and securing Azure Blob Storage containers (Hot/Cool/Archive tiers).

Ensuring zero data loss and maintaining a legally defensible chain of custody.

What you need to bring

8–10 years of experience

in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Data Migration.

Deep, hands‑on experience with Mimecast Cloud Archive and bulk data exports.

Proven expertise using REST APIs and 3rd‑party extraction tools.

Scripting proficiency for API automation and log‑level troubleshooting.
