Supervisor Production - Corrugated IndustryPosted on March 16, 2026LocationsShowing 1 locationHunt Valley, MD 21031, USAManagement & SupervisionFull-TimeRequisition #: SUPER002517Position OverviewProduction Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, training, development, and productivity of the personnel on their shift.ResponsibilitiesLeading the day-to-day operations of the cutting, finishing, and forming departmentsEffectively managing the department for safe and efficient operationAssessing the performance and training of operating personnel and determine areas for improvementProviding training, development, and feedback for personnelAnalyzing department performance data to identify ongoing improvement opportunitiesEnforcing safe work practices and leading daily safety discussionsProviding quality direction to personnelLeading monthly department meetings, to include quality, productivity, process improvements, and safetyQualifications3-5 years supervisory experience preferredStrong technical skillsAbility to develop and influence personnelStrong leadership skillsAbility to solve process and production issues independentlyExperience with lean manufacturing techniquesExcellent written and oral communication skills and computer knowledgeMust be able to work specified shift time, with some weekend workBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredExperience in the production manufacturing industry is a plusIn addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
