Manufacturing Documentation and Training Specialist

Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, Swipe.
