The Director of Advertising will work with marketing partners and across all departments to develop creative media plans while maintaining the overall brand vision of the organization.Job Title: Director of AdvertisingLocation: Palm Springs Area / Coachella Valley, CA (Onsite)Job Type: Permanent / Direct HireResponsibilitiesLead the planning, development, and execution of integrated advertising and media strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, broadcast, outdoor, and experientialManage end-to-end campaign execution from concept development through production, launch, tracking, and post-campaign evaluationOversee the creation of advertising and creative materials, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and strategic marketing objectivesCollaborate closely with internal marketing, digital, social, and property teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of campaigns across all propertiesServe as the primary point of coordination with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and performance alignmentDevelop, manage, and monitor advertising budgets, including approval of media plans, buys, invoices, and related expendituresAnalyze campaign performance and media effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and brand impactSupport copywriting and editing of marketing and advertising materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistencyLead and manage an internal advertising team, including setting performance expectations, coaching, and ensuring accountability for deliverablesEnsure all advertising activities comply with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulatory or tribal requirementsRequirementsEducation – Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferredConsumer Advertising & Media Planning – More than 5 years experience requiredIndustry – Casino resort environment experience is highly preferred, multi-property exposure is a plusLeadership – Proven experience leading advertising, media, or creative teams with the ability to manage performance, delegate effectively, and drive accountability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentComputer Skills – Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointCommunication Skills – Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to interact with multiple people/groups of all levels, and to effectively communicate brand strategySoft Skills – Excellent organizational skills, able to work with senior leadership, excellent customer relation skills, demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilitiesCompetitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career growth within a stable organization.
