## Director - Cloud Solutions Engineer - Integrated Cloud Consulting (Location Flexible)We are seeking an individual with both broad and deep cloud implementation and migration experience with a focus on complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments to join our team and lead the continued growth of our cloud practice serving RSM clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. The successful candidate will have solid working knowledge of cloud leading practices, understanding of cloud architecture models, leading vendor products and solutions, cloud technology trends, security design and innovation as well as experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit global organizations. The candidate will also possess strong leadership traits and exhibit a proven track record of developing, launching and operating cloud consulting practices. This individual will ultimately be partly responsible for the long-term vision of the cloud practice, including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients. and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge Successful candidates typically have 10+ years of experience in the following areas:Designing, architecting, implementing and supporting simple to complex enterprise cloud solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process**Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree or graduate degree OR 10+ years of related work experienceExperience with private, public and hybrid cloud deploymentsAbility to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently Willingness and ability to travel globallyStrong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business Strong Knowledge of one of the following industries would be advantageous:**Technical Experience** Deep hands-on experience with one or more of the major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP ) including core services like compute, storage, networking and managed services. Able to articulate cloud strategy and understand existing client architectures and propose new or improved solutions across platforms. This includes demonstrable understanding of additional platform specific capabilities and nuances, pricing models and limitations. hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity patterns. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, ARM templates or CloudFormation. Strong understanding of cloud-native, modern and legacy application portfolios and experience with migration strategies. Experience with migration tooling and execution methodologies (7Rs framework). Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity and access management, network security, data encryption and compliance requirements.
