OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI & Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise‑grade analytics and intelligent automation solutions. This role blends advanced data visualization expertise with emerging capabilities in agentic AI systems, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and autonomous workflows across the organization.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Power BI, strong data engineering fundamentals, and hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry. You will play a key role in shaping our AI readiness strategy while delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performance BI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholdersLead the integration of agentic AI solutions into analytics workflows, enabling intelligent automation and decision supportCollaborate cross‑functionally with data engineers, business analysts, and AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsArchitect and implement scalable data models and semantic layers for enterprise reportingDrive adoption of AI‑powered tools (e.g., Copilot, autonomous agents) within BI and data workflowsEstablish best practices for data visualization, performance optimization, and governanceEvaluate emerging technologies in AI and analytics, recommending strategic adoption where appropriateDatabase & Power BI OversightDesign and manage robust data pipelines and data models using SQL, Azure Synapse, Fabric, or equivalent platformsEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources and reporting layersOptimize Power BI datasets, including dataflows, DAX calculations, and query performanceImplement row‑level security (RLS), governance policies, and compliance standardsOversee deployment pipelines, version control, and lifecycle management for BI assetsMonitor and troubleshoot performance issues across databases and reporting environmentsCollaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient ETL/ELT processesMaintain documentation for data models, dashboards, and architectureAI Readiness & Agentic SystemsDesign and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft FoundryDevelop autonomous or semi‑autonomous agents capable of performing business workflows, data analysis, and decision supportIntegrate AI models with Power BI and enterprise data systems to enable intelligent insightsAssess organizational readiness for AI adoption, including data quality, governance, and infrastructureImplement prompt engineering, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks for AI agentsEnsure responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and compliancePartner with stakeholders to identify high‑impact use cases for AI‑driven automationStay current with advancements in LLMs, multi‑agent systems, and enterprise AI platformsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analyticsStrong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelingExperience with SQL and modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Synapse, etc.)Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft FoundrySolid understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLMs and agent‑based systemsExperience integrating AI capabilities into business intelligence or enterprise applicationsStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in complex, data‑rich environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure AI services, OpenAI APIs, or similar platformsKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data and AI workflowsFamiliarity with DevOps practices for data and AI (CI/CD, versioning, testing)Experience in building or deploying multi‑agent systems or workflow automation toolsUnderstanding of data governance, compliance, and security frameworksKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with a strong focus on business impactAdvanced data storytelling and visualization skillsAbility to bridge traditional BI with next‑generation AI capabilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsContinuous learning mindset in a rapidly evolving AI landscapeThis role is essential for Garan Apparel's enterprise AI transformation, integrating Azure and Microsoft Fabric with best practices in data, security, AI readiness, and team collaboration—while ensuring that every user, from executive to analyst, can understand, trust, and act on data with confidence.Salary: $150,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
