Key Autism Services is seeking a Regional Center Director (BCBA) to lead our Palos Heights Center and regional team.This is a true leadership role designed for experienced BCBAs who want to focus on clinical excellence, team development, and strategic impact without the burden of billable hour requirements.Why Key Autism Services?No billable hour requirementFocus on leading, mentoring, and improving care - not chasing hours.Flexibility in practiceYou'll have autonomy to shape clinical decisions and drive best practices.Strong, collaborative BCBA teamWork alongside a high-performing, supportive group of clinicians who value collaboration over competition.Exceptional leadership supportDirect partnership with a State Director, plus strong cross-center collaboration and leadership alignment.Connected, growth-focused cultureYou're not on an island - you'll be part of a well-supported and established multi‑center leadership network.As Regional Center Director, you'll provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across your region, including both center‑based and in‑home services.You will:Lead and mentor BCBAs and clinical teamsEnsure high-quality, ethical ABA servicesDrive center performance, growth, and team engagementOversee operations and clinical compliancePartner closely with senior leadership on strategy and initiativesCompensation & BenefitsSign-On Bonus offered!Base Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per yearBonus: Up to 20% annual performance bonusComprehensive Benefits PackageMedical, Dental, Vision (company-sponsored options)Life & Disability Insurance401(k) with company match25 Days PTO (increases with tenure) + additional WFH daysCEU reimbursement (up to $750/year)Internal CEUs + dedicated training teamLeadership development & clear advancement pathwaysTuition discounts with university partnersReferral bonusesRelocation assistance (within KAS states)Streamlined documentation with electronic data systemsPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate and uphold the company's mission, beliefs, and vision in actions and language.Implement company policies and protocol in a timely and respectful manner.Provide leadership, training and mentorship for BCBAs and other Center staff during onboarding and beyond.Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis dependent upon BCBA level.Ensure clinical quality and compliance through oversight of BCBA treatment plans, assessments, session notes and data collections.Oversee incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to the State Director.Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote clear communication between departments.Assist in creation and implementation of clinical initiatives (as applicable).Ensure the clinical quality of all programming Services of BCBAs on team.Provide additional support and supervision of BT's supervised by BCBA's on team.Ensure highest quality of care is provided by BCBA's.Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as applicable.Enforce BCBA billable requirement and monitor utilization rate.Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during and outside of company hours.Conduct clinical hiring interviews and exit interviews for BCBA's.Attempt to resolve all client complaints and follow chain of command regarding complaints.Maintain supervisory hour requirements.Oversee daily center operations including facility management and policy implementation.Assist with clinic growth and driving new client intake through marketing and creative initiativeRequirementsActive BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)Maintain LABA or other state licensureObtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status3+ years of BCBA experienceOur teams of compassionate and dedicated individuals enjoy a professional, ethical, caring, respectful and fun environment.
