You'll oversee regional and local directors, drive compliance with Virginia regulations and COA standards, and safeguard client safety through strong oversight and swift action. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on guidance—you will shape outcomes, manage growth, and build trusted relationships with Virginia's child welfare agencies and community partners.
