Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation's mission, vision, and values in the daily work and interactions with others.Scope of Job TasksDuties include but are not limited to the following:Provides coaching and training on Generation's sales standards and sales first cultureLead community teams in developing quarterly community's sales and marketing plan.Participate in sales and marketing education as appropriateMonitor, manage and audit CRM database to ensure compliance with sales standardsProvides tour training for community teams as needed on a regular basisPartner with, train, and influence the direct workflow of the sales team in each assigned communityAssess the performance and effectiveness of the Sales Directors, Sales Associates and Move-in Coordinators and provide regular feedback to supervisorAbility to deal sensitively with difficult conversations and confidential materialAbility to communicate with various levels of managementDecision‑making, problem solving and analytical skillsMake sales calls to referral sources, potential residents, and other local resources as neededCreate and conduct sales and educational presentations for business partners as neededGenerate business by creating new relationships and cultivating current relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sourcesOther duties as assignedJob SpecificationEducationBachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing (or related field) is highly desiredExperiencePrevious experience in senior living is highly desiredPrevious Experience with CRM (WelcomeHome preferred.)QualificationsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageKnowledgeable of the rules, regulations and guidelines that govern assisted living facilitiesUnderstanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurancesSufficient computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and /or Internet to perform required dutiesSupervisionWorks closely with and supports community sales teams. Is available on an ongoing basis as a resource. Consistently influences efficient workflow and sales behaviors, reviews the work and results of each sales team.
