Your role is to be the Product Manager for the Digital Services integrations. The mission is to provide outstanding service to internal and external members through all effective Digital Services delivery channels including but not limited to: online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, online account opening, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and electronic remote deposits. Foster an environment conducive to member satisfaction, as well as employee achievement and fulfillment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strive to assure Digital Services service standards and goals are attained.Essential FunctionsDigital IntegrationsManage a roadmap of enhancements for our core digital banking integrations including but not limited to: Bill Payment, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture, and New Account Opening.Evaluate and improve the member experience for all key user journeys.Conduct usability studies of current and proposed designs to optimize the member experience.Build and deploy new 3rd party integrations for features and functionality including but not limited to: chat, artificial intelligence, loan payments and P2P money movement.Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency between external vendors and internal organizational requirements.Departmental SupportImplement approved projects to enhance efficiencies in Digital Services.Initiate and coordinate needed enhancements, upgrades, compliance and marketing of Digital Services channels.Facilitate efforts between all A+FCU departments to carry out programming requests and accomplish online initiativesMaintain policies and procedures related Digital Services.Maintain risk assessments relating to Digital Services.Manage Digital Services channels across the organizationContinually monitor Digital Services technology, compliance, regulations and audit requirements.Evaluate effectiveness and user penetration of Digital Services channels.Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality.Participate on various organizational or departmental project teams in assigned capacity to develop and/or enhance products, services and improve efficiencies for members and/or staff.Maintain a self-development program. Enhance professional and technical skills by attending seminars and classes, subscribe to technical and industry related journals and publications.Performing all other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a business or technical field requiredFive years of experience working with APIs and SSOs requiredFive years of experience overseeing Digital products and/or services requiredExperience working in a credit union or similar financial institution preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of Digital Services channelsProject management and team directing skills to implement new products, services and systemsStrong communication skills including written, verbal and listening.Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to handle multiple priorities and handle confidential informationKnowledge of compliance, regulations and best practices for technical deployments in a financial institutionStrong PC and/or Mac experience requiredPleasant and professional appearanceAdvanced verbal and written skillsEnjoys working with public using a courteous professional approachDependableOrganizer and plannerPossess decision-making abilitiesVersatile in all aspects of the credit unionPhysical FunctionsMust have the ability/stamina to work at least 40 hours a weekWill frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in dataMust be able to communicate through telephone, e-mail and in-person communicationsMust be able to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and solve potential issues in the field#J-18808-Ljbffr
