COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area.We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD. We envision a world where mental health means not just the absence of illness but the ability to thrive.Location Remote in South Central (St. Louis, MO, New Orleans, LA, Kansas City).Reports to Director, National Sales.Roles and responsibilities Include but are not limited toRecruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account ManagersFoster a high-accountability, psychologically safe culture that promotes coaching, development, and collaborationSet clear expectations and performance standards aligned with company launch objectivesDrive successful regional execution of the commercial launch strategy and identify opportunities to expand the treatment ecosystemEnsure field readiness around clinical data, patient identification, treatment protocols, and site-of-care logisticsFoster strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, academic centers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Patient Support, etc.Provide field insights to inform brand strategy and launch optimizationAnalyze regional performance metrics and develop action plans to drive resultsManage regional budgets, forecasting, and territory alignmentConduct regular field coaching to strengthen clinical selling skills and consultative engagement with mental health providersCandidate Profile Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience5+ years of first-line sales leadership experienceDemonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapiesExperience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health marketsExperience launching therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration models and/or a background working with IDNs, academic medical centers, and specialty treatment sitesExperience building teams in startup or pre-launch biotech environmentsBase pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work and any role at Compass, regardless of the location, is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equity.Base Salary $180,000 - $230,000 USDBenefits & Compensation For an overview of our benefits package and compensation information, please visit Working at Compass .Equal opportunities – UK applicants We are proud of our commitment to diversity and equality (pursuant to the Equality Act 2010).
