The Program coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. The program coach is responsible for:Assisting clients with goal settingProviding case managementFacilitating groupsSupervising outingsProviding transportationEnsuring the house is clean and tour readyAdministering medications as neededProviding overall support in a therapeutic environmentQualifications Minimum of 21 years of age.High School Diploma/ Equivalent Required. Experience with population preferred.Job applicants must be female - This program serves expectant or new mothers, and the staff member works alone for the majority of her shift.
