This role leads, coaches, manages, and grows a team of Strategic Development Managers, providing structure and accountability while assisting in sales strategy development.Key Responsibilities Coach, develop, and grow/train top talent by creating a collaborative team.Communicate openly, listen intently, and earn trust.Inspire and motivate.Be a trust advisor and go-to resource.Help develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.Be passionate, humble, and lead with solutions.Requirements 5+ years experience in HCM domain.Previous experience in a leadership role in a sales-focused environment.Travel Requirements 30-40% travel.Pay Transparency The base salary for this position is $125,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.Equal Opportunity Employer UKG is an equal opportunity employer.
