This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for oncology brands within specialty therapeutic areas, including rare and targeted cancers. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and execution-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.Position OverviewThe Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving brand performance through the development and execution of HCP and patient-focused marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, medical, legal, regulatory, and agency partners to deliver impactful omnichannel campaigns and promotional programs. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution experience and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical or oncology marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical marketing initiatives aligned with business objectivesCreate and manage HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer‑focused marketing programsPartner with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials and campaigns while ensuring timelines and quality expectations are metAnalyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and optimize initiativesLead measurement and ROI evaluation efforts using analytics and market research dataCollaborate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant promotional executionSupport forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, and long‑range business planning activitiesDrive cross‑functional alignment with sales, market access, analytics, and other commercial partnersContribute innovative approaches to omnichannel engagement and customer experience strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in pharmaceutical marketing and/or salesOncology, specialty pharma, or rare disease experience strongly preferredExperience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaignsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance and regulatory standardsProven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholdersStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environmentPreferred ExperienceHCP engagement strategyDigital and non-personal promotionSpecialty pharmacy marketingSales force engagement initiativesData analytics and performance measurementBudget management and forecastingCompensationBase salary target range: $148,000 – $195,000, depending on experience, plus competitive bonus and benefits package.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position based in Northern New Jersey, with onsite collaboration expected three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).This job opens for applications on 5/22/2026.
