Sales AdministratorWe are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsPrepare sales reports, presentations, and other materials for sales meetings and presentationsCoordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotional materials and campaigns align with sales objectivesReceive and process customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveryMaintain records of sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentsServe as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requestsAddress customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerProvide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM softwareGenerate reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts for analysisAssist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvementProvide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documentsMaintain calendars, schedules, and correspondence for sales representativesAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales‑related documentsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)Associate's degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school2-3 years of sales experienceExperience with Quantum is helpfulAbility to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or government regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and proceduresStrong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Knowledge of basic ERP and internet browsingSpecial RequirementsU.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) requiredITAR requirement120.15.
