experience with at least one DSP or OTT platform (The Trade Desk, DV360, MNTN, Vibe, or similar) preferredWorking knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO disciplines, including how content, structured data, and authority signals influence both traditional and AI-driven searchExperience leading or managing SEM, SEO, or paid media agency relationships, including the ability to evaluate, transition, or in-house external workStrong analytical fluency with attribution methodologies and comfort working with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalentDirect people management experience or demonstrated readiness to manage a direct reportB2B, wholesale distribution, or multi-brand and multi-location retail experience strongly preferredExperience with ecommerce platforms (Unilog, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar) preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex performance data to executive audiencesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field;
