Additionally this role can be performed out of other CDO offices if an internal candidate is currently based there. We will consider internal candidates from other geographic field based locations.Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.ResponsibilitiesManage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives.Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third party retail teams.Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance.Have P&L and financial responsibility.Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer collaboration opportunities.Coach and lead Sales Agency Partners, sharing feedback, formal annual and mid-performance reviews to hold team accountable for individual and team objectives.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree.6+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience.2+ years of key customer account experience.Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs).Experience utilizing Colgate Business Planning reporting and planning system or customer planning software.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account.Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
