Position SummaryAs the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, client retention, developing and executing strategic growth plans and revenue expansion. This position will work closely with customers and the account team to evaluate new areas of opportunity, develop innovative selling strategies, and foster strong client relationships to maximize account potential.Major ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account DevelopmentUncovers organizational gaps to drive targeted expansion.Prospects new growth opportunities with different departments to cultivate new revenue streams, including group buys, new hire programs, sales/incentive gifts, print solutions, and more.Develops, executes and tracks strategic growth plans across assigned accounts.Supports the Director of Corporate Accounts throughout implementation for new Corporate Account clients.Client Relationship OwnershipBuilds relationships across multiple roles and departments to strengthen account stability.Represents the team in high‑level client meetings and internal discussions.Delivers client presentations with clarity and maximizes in‑person opportunity potential.Travels or meets virtually with top clients as needed.Account Team DevelopmentCoaches Account Managers on strategic thinking and growth identification.Ensures Account Managers are aligned to the broader strategy and are driving consistent client experiences.Guides team members on prioritizing time and effort toward high‑impact accounts and opportunities.Monitors team performance in relation to KPIs and provides counsel if necessary.Performance & AccountabilityMonitors account revenue growth, pipeline velocity, and win rates.Maintains clear visibility into the team pipeline and strategic opportunities across the account base.Drives accountability through regular check‑ins, progress reviews, and clear goal setting.Manages KPIs of assigned accounts to achieve growth goals.RequirementsBachelor's Degree required.8+ years of sales experience.2+ years of leading a team.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong multi‑tasking ability and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.High energy / can‑do attitude.Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, order management software experience a plus.CompensationFun, progressive work space and culture.Competitive salary package.Health, dental and vision benefits.Generous paid time off program.Supplementary short‑term and long‑term disability.Paid holidays.Simple IRA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
