In this role, you will lead a variety of strategic efforts to identify and recruit new members, targeting and engaging with c-suite cybersecurity executives and senior-level practitioners across the globe, in order to achieve designated growth and revenue targets.As Membership Sales Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization as you contribute to the development of marketing, content, and outreach strategies to attract new members while fostering viable relationships with existing members to help identify opportunities to maximize sustainability and engagement for optimal performance.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping a high level understanding of CyberEdBoard's value offerings & a strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with target members.Targeting & engaging with cybersecurity leaders to identify & qualify new member prospects.Conducting a variety of cold & warm outreach tactics to set discovery appointments such as email, LinkedIn messaging, networking, attending professional industry events, etc.Executing business development/member acquisition activities such as market research & prospecting, generating & nurturing leads, leading discovery sessions, managing contract negotiations & procurement processes, & ensuring the timely processing of membership applications.Collaborating in the development of strategic initiatives to attract members, including marketing & content strategies to reach target audiences.Achieving agreed upon KPIs & performance outcomes within schedule in alignment with designated membership growth targets.Establishing, developing, & maintaining positive business relationships with members.What You Bring to the TableBachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, PR, Communication, Marketing, or other related areas3-5+ years of experience with member acquisition, business development, and/or salesExperience with a B2B membership, association, or community program is highly preferredExperience targeting & engaging with senior to C-level contacts via cold & warm outreach methodsKnowledge of IT/cybersecurity & the industry landscapeExperience with B2B events & collaborating with marketing to develop content strategies for increased engagementSelf-starter who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment with an outstanding ability to multitask and tackle tight deadlinesStrong organization skills & the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be an independent thinker with a solution oriented mindsetHigh-growth, global organization with clear momentum and market leadershipCollaborative team of innovative thinkers and creative professionalsSupportive culture that values autonomy and excellenceContinuous learning and professional developmentReady to be part of something bigger?
