Must-Have Skills
3+ years of Front-End Development experience
2+ years of UI/UX Design experience
Strong expertise in Figma
Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Sass/Less
Hands-on experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI-powered development tools
Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) and Inclusive Design
User-Centered Design (UCD) and Iterative Design experience
Experience maintaining Confluence pages/documentation
Ability to quickly learn Financial Services products
