# # ***Day in the Life of a Program Supervisor**** Oversee the appropriate application and adherence to OBOT Operational Standards, as well as regulatory procedures issued by applicable regulatory authorities* Screen and interview new associates for hire as needed and submit requests for approval, as necessary* Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to requests for PTO* Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations, including patient prescriptive records, physician DEA registration, physician current caseload and approved patient capacity* Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to inform, improve, or supplement service provision* Coordinate with Operations Support Team to address needs within the center* Apply procedures and policies outlined in program and regulatory standards to day-to-day program operations* Review, interpret, and reflect on changes to policies or procedures and present information to leadership* Manage program staff and interact positively with patients, visitors, and members of the Community* Conduct internal audit processes to analyze program performance in various areas* Function in an administrative capacity to assure necessary information is provided to patients and staff# *********Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)***Start and end times may vary some, however, this position will work 40 hours a week with marketing and outreach efforts.**Center locations:**# # ***Position Benefits**** **Have a daily impact on many lives**.* **Excellent training if you are new to this field.*** **Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)** Crossroads matches the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.* **Community events that promotes belonging and education**. Individuals should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health. The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.* Highschool Diploma or GED required* Must be willing to travel to all center locations. Crossroads has a travel reimbursement policy which includes mileage reimbursement.* The schedule below outlines the current patient hours. Candidates work with the Regional Director to confirm if changes need to be made to the work schedule.* Teammates start and end times may vary some from patient hours based on what is needed to prepare for and close out your day.
