We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Account Director to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Google Ads inside and out, enjoys working directly with clients, and can manage campaigns that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries
- Build, launch, and scale Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and make strategic optimization recommendations
- Conduct keyword research, audience development, and competitive analysis
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients
- Handle customer service and client support related to Google Ads campaigns
- Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions
- Maintain campaign budgets and ensure strong ROI performance
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong experience with Performance Max campaigns
- Proficiency with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Google Ads certifications preferred
- Agency experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
