Mixing Associate

Cardinal Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mixing Associates to join their production team. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing process by accurately measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients used in food production.
Schedule

Training will be completed on 1st Shift (approximately one week). After training, associates will transition to a regular schedule of 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay

$16.00 per hour
Responsibilities

Measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications
Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all food safety and quality standards
Lift and move ingredients and materials as needed
Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, bakery, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work overtime when needed
