Partner Marketing Manager
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption through strategic co-marketing with partners in the Industry OU. This role utilizes an AI-first operating model to manage execution, allowing the manager to focus on field sales alignment and partner strategy. You will be responsible for the strategic integrity and results of all campaigns while leveraging AI to handle the heavy lifting of content drafting and operational tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy: Translate Field Sales priorities into actionable co-marketing plans. Represent Partner Marketing in OU integrated marketing meetings.
Campaign Management: Direct the execution of digital, content, and event-based campaigns. Use AI to automate campaign setup and tracking while focusing on optimization and performance.
Content Stewardship: Lead the development of partner-specific narratives. You will use AI to generate the first 60% of drafts, then apply your expertise to finalize messaging for strategic impact.
Operational Leadership: Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement. Oversee automated workflows to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Team Development: Guide junior team members on campaign execution. Document AI best practices and prompts to build team-wide capability.
Skills & Qualifications
B2B Partner Marketing: 35 years of experience in partner or channel marketing with a focus on integrated campaign execution.
Strategic Communication: Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent marketing to sales leadership.
Operational Efficiency: Proven experience managing budgets and timelines, with a preference for candidates who use AI to automate routine tasks.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in Salesforce and campaign analytics to drive performance-based recommendations.

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
