Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational, financial, and project management support across strategic HQ initiatives. This role has a strong focus on financial administration, coordination of AI-related workstreams, and cross-team execution within a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

810 years of program/project management experience
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with governance and tracking
Strong financial operations experience (POs, SOWs, budget tracking)
Internal communications or content creation experience (e.g., newsletters, videos)
Experience in innovation, AI, or transformation programs
High professionalism and ability to work in senior leadership environments
Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end PO and SOW processes, including vendor onboarding, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation
Drive day-to-day project management of AI-focused initiatives
Act as central coordination point across HQ, regional teams, and external vendors
Coordinate work across multiple external vendors
Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for project, financial, and resource management
